ICT at Callicroft 
ICT (Information and Communications Technology)
This is taught as a discreet subject but linked to other curriculum areas. At present we are using the QCA units of work to teach ICT skills but we are looking to change this in September 2008.
We have 2 ICT rooms, one in KS2 with 16 networked computers and one in FS/KS1 with 10 networked computers. All classes have an interactive whiteboard apart from Class 2 who shares with Class 1. All staff use ICT as a teaching tool to enhance and improve the children’s learning in all areas. We also use movie creator cameras, beebots (floor robots) and control technology as part of ICT.
