Family Learning

During Term 5 we set up a family learning course with South Gloucestershire Community Learning. This was open to parents and children from Reception. It was held every Tuesday from 1pm-3pm. Sarah Powell from South Glos was the course leader and Mrs Kitt from Callicroft worked with the group too. Parents had the opportunity to improve their own literacy skills aswell as working alongside their own child.

The theme was 'The Hungry Caterpillar' and everyone made a story box full of lovely things. There will be a display at school to show off everything!
